Born and raised in the real estate and construction business in South Lake Tahoe, Chris Lucas knows all about the dedication one must have to succeed no matter what the market or Mother Nature may have in mind. He attributes his level of commitment within his career to his parents who instilled the values that have become iconic to his personality and position in the community. For over 20 years, Chris worked for the Tahoe Douglass Fire Department and retired from his position as battalion chief. It was during those years where he had to make some of the most difficult and emotional decisions of his life. As a Realtor today, these experiences, paired with his formal education in organizational management, economics, and art are every reason why Chris’ clients will continue to trust him with their real estate investments. “I have always been honored and feel fortunate to apply my background and use my local connections to help people when they needed it most.” Fortunately for his community, Chris is an over-achiever when it comes to volunteering throughout Lake Tahoe.
